FarBeyondMusic recording artist/producer A.M.

Newest addition to the FBMEnt imprint is A.M. i was put on to his music and production by emcee FlowButta and ever since then became a fan of his intellect and black sheep style of music. Everyone wants to be the next Lex Luger or Swizzy but this dude is in a bracket of his own when it comes to making a beat then I actually heard him spit over one of his beats and knew A.M. would fit in the business perfectly fine. A.M. is currently working on his own project right now and also working on some heat for the EtherBoyz.

Natru Hi

Eliezer Suarez also known as Natru Hi was born on the south side of the Bronx on August 10,1987. His mother was all but 16 years of age when she gave birth to him. Although she was young, she made sure he had everything he needed. His biological father had left before he could turn the age of one. And although his life would seem grim without a male role model ,his mother meat and later fell in love with Anthony Daniels who would later become one of his influences in music and a great father . At the ripe age of about four or five he became very aware of everything around him. So it was only natural that he fell in love with music when father would bring home with the latest music at the end of every week. The turning point for him was most like after hearing a song on the radio by the 90’s group Onyx called “SLAM.” Noticing his interest music his father bought him the Onyx tape and Natru carried it in his back pocket everywhere he went.
It wasn’t until he reached high school when he developed the knack to rap and write lyrics. He was introduced to a new circuit called a cypha, never seeing one in person; naturally he was drawn to it.
He stared and studied the rhymes that were tossed carelessly and observed that everyone had his own style. From then on he would go home and write his own rhymes in attempt to match and outwit the frequent lyricist at school. It wasn’t too long before his ability to create metaphors superseded his peers.

Although he loved writing and reciting his rhymes he still had much to learn about the art of recording, and structuring what would later on become a life goal and a passion. After graduating in 2005 and moving to Kingsbridge area  of the Bronx, Natru Hi would meet and befriend one his biggest music influences of his career, Erik Thompson aka Jonnie Storm.  After playing basketball one day, Natru was invited by Storm to a recording session. Never being at one he didn’t know what to expect let alone how to make a song. After recording his first song and hearing his self being playing through speakers he was instantly hooked. With just a little push and guidance from storm, he would elevate and take his skills to the next level putting together his first mix tape titled “An Eye On New York.” Though the mix tape wasn’t widely circulated it was received with great reviews of promise and talent.

Far Beyond What You Think

Its more than a brand, more than a lifestyle, its simply beyond what you think it is.  Just when you think its just another label coming up from an inner city it proves you wrong when talks of a clothing line deal is made or ideas of an after school is brought up it more than the eye and imagination can comprehend. Far Beyond Music Entertainment was created by me Jamaal Thompson in September 2010 in the back of a kitchen in Yankee Stadium. Everyone who knew of me knew i had a passion for music and it being something special and innovative so while freestyling with a cook by the name of Titus Peoples it came to me that i wanted to become the head of a music label that would go beyond what anyone thought i was capable of. It would be more than rap music, more than another mogul talking about having the best team known to music, it would be far beyond music. So I set out to find the most dynamic artist and business ventures to get my hands on, my first artist was suppose to be the very person who I freestyled with in Yankee Stadium but due to some matters out of my hands it didnt happen. With learning to separate friends from business being my first lesson as a up and coming businessman I separated myself and launched a plan of what i needed to become and what I knew I could do and leaned on a mentor and childhood friend Shakir Seagers better known to the music world as Chipz da General co-owner and ceo of Money Under Pressure Records. While in the shadows of a young artist and businessman i formed connections with some of his mentors like Bronx artist Headcrack and multi-platinum producer Jimi Kendrix. My first cameo was in Headcracks "Shots Fired" video and just watchin Chipz and HeadCrack committment and grind placed me in anotha mind state where i knew this is what i wanted to make a living doing. While talkin to a friend of mine about what i was lookin for in an artist she reminded me that her son could rap and that when it dawned on me i was always surrounded by the right tools i just had no work to use my tools on. Eli Daniels also known as Natru Hi was my 1st artist on FBM Ent, hes a little bit of everything you need in an artist to succeed in the industry. We sat down and talked about what we both wanted from each other and came to an understanding that we was all we had when it came to this music business and we got to work, within a week we decided to get to workin on his debut mixtape The Rhyme Book of Eli (can be found on datpiff.com). Within 2 months time and help from fellow rapper and engineer Dockeem Barnes (Trizzy Barnes) Natru first mixtape was done. Not all of the tracks that was created in Trizzy's studio made the mixtape but the process was special. I figured with this love of music and talent i couldnt stop with just Natru i had to find someone who i knew could represent FBM hard and stumbled upon Faye Johnson also know as Trophy a 16 yr old emcee who shows depth and maturity in her lyrics. while coming thru many hardships she put some dedication and came out with a series of hot singles and freestyles most popular being Wiz Khalifas "Roll up" unofficial remix featuring Trizzy Barnes that debuted on Youtube and did 20,000 views in as little as 5 days. thats when i was sure i had something special on my hands but everything does not always go as plan due to conflicts Trophy left the label and decided to pursue her endeavors as a solo artist. So with FBM being under rebuild mode i was in search of more artist to work with and linked up with high school friend and emcee Chanon Brown (FlowButta) and his brother Anthony Marquet (emcee/producer A.M.) and we had a similar meeting that Natru and I had, of what we wanted from each other and LOYALTY was what we came up with.  Far Beyond Music is a working progress that i will never slow down on so stay tuned for the next episode and welcome to my blog
